The Dream Manager is a short read that is packed with lessons on leadership, ethnocentrism, and being an agent of change while also challenging the reader to consider not only their own goals but those of their teammates. The Dream Manager encourages you to implement key components that can be found in Greenleaf and servant-based leadership while reminding the readers that we must always consider ethnocentrism as a leader. Leading change in an organization can be challenging but also, as we find in The Dream Manager, rather beneficial especially if you have implemented a plan such as Kotter’s Stages of Change.
